Ich brauche eine schnelle Korrektur und vielleicht kleine Tipps, bin in englisch nicht wirklich gut:( Vielen dank im Voraus, würde mich sehr über freuen, wenn ich bisschen hilfe bekommen würde!:))

Today I would like tell you something about Nelson Mandela and the apartheid.
At first I want show you my table of contents.
•At the begin I would tell about Nelson Mandela and about his Biography
•And at the next I want explain what the apartheid is?
•My third point is about the African National Congress
•And then about the end of Apartheid
•At the last point my source
Nelson Mandela
Nelson Mandela was born in July 18, 1918 in a small village of Mvezo ( south Africa), his birth name is Rolihlahla. His english teacher gave him the name Nelson because Rolihlahla maens troublemaker. Nelson´s father Henry Mgadla Mandela was the chief of the city of Mvezo. (Mandelas grandfather side comes from the royal’s.)His mothers name was Nonqaphi Nosekeni. She was the third wife of his father Mandela.
Nelson has been a great leader, he has struggled for racial equality in South Africa.
Timeline
•Nelson attended school, later goes on collage and got his law degree in 1939.
•In year 1961 Mandela member in the ANC
•He came into the prison in year 1962
oHere on the picture you can see the prison cell. It was four square metre and he had to spend 16 hours a day in the prison cell. His sleeping mat was 2 centimeter.
•With the help from de Klerk is Nelson Mandela free from the prison after 27 years.
•1991 he becomes president of ANC
•1993 Nelson was awarded with the President de Klerk the Nobel Peace Prize.
•1994 was the first elections where blacks can vote. The ANC wins the election. And Nelson Mandela was the new president of south Africa.
Nelson Mandela is known as a man of peace. Even in his prison life he never gave up. He wrote books. Many songs were written for him. He has seen his prison life as a place for learning.

What is apartheid?
Apartheid is an Afrikaans word meaning “apart” or “separation”.
Apartheid was a system of legal racial separation which dominated the Republic of South Africa from 1948 until 1993. The people were separated into different races and in different regions. The discrimination against people of his skin colour was legally entrenched.
Whites and nonwhites had different jobs, lived in different regions, and were subject to different levels of pay, education, and health care.
At the Apartheid it was not allowed to drive by the same bus or go to the same toilette and it was forbidden that two person with different skin colors to marry.

Township:
There are little public buildings and many non-worker and every week there are dead person.

What is ANC?
ANC is an south African party, was founded in 1923, which is named African National Congress. Their aim was to fight for black peoples right in non violence way. The reason why ANC was forbidden was after a protest were 69 people got shot by the police. Mandela a man who was not for fight was ready to fight now.

The end of Apartheid
After the president Frederik de Klerk released Nelson Mandela out of the prison, he also allowed to rebuild the party ANC. In the year 1992 referendum were two thirds white people for non-Apartheid. In 1994 was the first election where blacks can vote. The ANC won the election. Nelson Mandela was the first black president of south Africa.

So, es hat ein wenig gedauert, aber der Text ist ja auch lang. Meine Korrekturen bzw. stilistischen Änderungen sind fett. Mit dem Abschnitt Township konnte ich gar nichts anfangen... also weglassen oder mehr dazu schreiben zB schwarze wohnten in Townships, weiße in Homelands usw.

In the year 1992 a referendum on ending apartheid was held where two thirds of the whites voted for non-Apartheid. In 1994 there was the first election where blacks were allowed to vote too. The ANC won the election and Nelson Mandela became the first black president of South Africa.
