Short-term situation of the immigration in Germany

More inhabitants of Germany have walked in countries with a high level of income already for a long time when immigrate of these with us.
The walk balance with Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Norway and others is always negative.
One calculate the walk balance sheets out, so are the last emigrants of German origin from East European state between 1994 and 2009 at minus of half a million!

An enormous problem comes toward Germany within the next decades: The number of the workforces will shrink drastically by a too low birth rate and by a further migration while the old ones, the pensioners get more and more and must be paid at the same time.

It doesn`t manifest itself considerably at the present time yet.
It the baby boomers (= called people who were borned in the states where was war) born for people are these work, the number of the pensioners (war years with a low birth rate) at the moment! is relatively low. Since the number of the children is low, it is also the expenditure for education.

Germany hasn`t only turned emigration country, it also qualitatively works downhill.

- Germany has a high end standard of education, however, cannot keep many of his young top strengths.

- It is qualified the Germany primarily, as as of or leave emigrants in the best acquisition age.

- The number of young people grown up here, trained well also grows under them with migration background.

Germany belongs to the talent smithies in the world: It lies on the good place four behind China, the USA and India. The international competition appreciates the German staff supply and woos it away.
A pure immigration control doesn`t suffice therefore. Germany must get more attractive so that qualified don`t move, qualified ones are motivated at the same time, however, to immigrate.
